Meeting Topic: Plans for 2024-2025 school year

Other business or activities at the meeting: Discussed the SCAD fall ICC meeting learning that gift cards over $25 are not allowed to be given as prizes. Also using fall budget for NY, next quarter more contest prizes and t-shirts/totes/etc with logo for fundraising

Summary

During this meeting the committee discussed future meeting plans for the SCAD 2024-2025 school year. Some of these plans include a pre meeting for the field trip to the AES convention which would only be attended by those attending the convention. As for public meetings these will be during the winter and spring quarter where we will be discussing loop groups, 360 Atmos processing, different DAWS, and a AI debate panel.
