        Section Meeting Reports
        S. Gustavo Gonzalez 2 weeks ago

Two students from the AES-TAMABA Student Section have been selected as finalists in the AES LAC 2025 Student Recording Competition, to be held in Mexico City. Fernando Castillo was chosen in the Traditional Acoustic Recording category for his rendition of Oblivion by Astor Piazzolla, while Felipe Enríquez reached the finals in the Remix category with a punk version of El Piso del Motel. Both will compete live before an international jury. We also recognize and congratulate the other participating students for their commitment and creativity—each experience is a valuable step in their professional growth.
